Nick developed an interest in writing at an early age; she received her first writing award for a short story competition in the third grade followed by novel-length fanfictions. Today, she has published an article on emotional support animals in the United Kingdom’s iPaper.
Nick completed her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a minor in Equine Science at Long Island University Post. She is currently studying at Johns Hopkins University for a Master of Arts in Public Health Biology and aspires to do disability research and advocacy. In her personal life, she enjoys spending time with her dog, cat, and a horse she takes care of as well as playing video games with her friends and partner.
While writing has previously been a pastime of hers, she is pursuing a second career in literature alongside activist journalism. She has self-published several articles on disability, mental health, and pop culture.
